Bush Hears Antigua's Side at CARICOM US Summit Baldwin Spencer, Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda (Antigua), reportedly raised the country's well known I-gaming dispute with the United States during a meeting this week between Caribbean Community (CARICOM) leaders and President George W. Bush. PM Spencer told the Antigua Sun that Bush said he was aware of the details of the dispute, that he was pleased that the matter was raised and pledged to look into the matter in an effort to reach a resolution. Incidentally, Bush's approval rating dipped to 26 percent in the latest Newsweek poll released Thursday, putting him within three percentage points of the worst approval rating on record (23 percent), posted by former President Richard Nixon amid the Watergate scandal of the early '70s.
