Selected Results from the Second Quarter   


Total net revenues for the second quarter of 2001 were approximately
$0.786 million, a new Q2 record for the Company, which represents a 404%
increase compared to reported revenues of approximately $0.156 million for
the same 2000 period. 

Net revenues for the six months ended June 30, 2001 were approximately
$1.577 million compared to $0.366 million for the six months ended June 30 
2000. Net loss for the quarter was $0.091 million, or
$0.00 per basic and diluted share, compared to a net gain of $0.041 million
or $0.00 per basic and diluted share, during the corresponding quarter in
fiscal 2000. 

However, in the second quarter 2000 there was a gain of
$0.400 million on the sale of a web site, without this gain Q2 2000 would
have reported a loss of $0.359 million compared to a loss of $0.091 million
for Q2 2001.

Total gaming handle for the second quarter 2001 was $28.826
million and $54.508 million for the six months ended June, 30 2001. Total
gaming handle for the year ended December 31, 2000 was approximately $42.000
million.
