Online Gaming in Ghana

Ghana's Gaming Act of 2006 does not specifically prohibit or mention online gaming. Companies licensed by the GCG to offer games of chance may provide their services through land-based premises and online or mobile platforms, subject to the same licensing, tax and consumer-protection obligations that apply to other regulated operators.
