Buzzluck.com, a site created by eGaming 2.0 that promises to give a mega-casino feel to the online world, has officially launched in beta.
The Web site features an interactive video 3-D lobby and casino where visitors can play video poker, table and slot games. In addition, the new site boasts a live lounge where entertainment acts -- from comedians to musicians -- can perform.
“Online casinos have typically been the most boring Web sites imaginable; we've been working to fix that,” said Alex Czajkowski, eGaming 2.0 founder, in a statement. “So we've created a new site that delivers a larger casino experience and a unique online entertainment experience.”
Mr. Czajkowski, a former Sportingbet marketing director, first presented the site at the European i-Gaming Congress and Expo’s LaunchPad in September 2008. He said the site should not be confused with ‘Sims in a casino.”
“It's an online, live and immersive video entertainment experience, more YouTube than Nintendo,” Mr. Czajkowski added. “You should feel that you are almost in a real, live casino.”
