888 to Supply Daub with Bingo Platform

23 January 2008

In line with a diversified strategy of forming innovative partnerships, 888 Holdings has entered an agreement to provide a Bingo platform, instant games, back office systems and chat moderating services to Daub Limited.

"Daub is owned and operated by a group with substantial experience in the online gaming world including knowledge of online bingo, casino and poker," 888 said in a prepared statement. Later this month Daub will launch Web site WinkBingo.com, which it will market to a Western European audience.

WinkBingo.com is not yet operative, and for now it displays no ownership information. Visitors to the site are asked to visit "Wink community partners" BingoFabulous.com, PoshBingo.com and MoonBingo.com, all of which are licensed in Gibraltar through 888 subsidiary Cassava Enterprises.

"The agreement with Daub is a further progression in 888's diversified strategy to grow our customer reach and appeal and to broaden our potential audience significantly through innovative partnerships," said 888 CEO Gigi Levy. "The combination of 888's global gaming experience and Daub's expert knowledge will help the partnership achieve significant market share."

888 is best known for its large-scale operations 888.com, Casino On Net, and Pacific Poker, but the company's gaming software and systems licensing division appears to be growing in success. 888's bingo business includes a network of 45 online bingo sites or "skins." The company also provides bingo solutions to business partners operating their own networks and other third-party sites.

888 recently entered a marketing agreement with Taxi Promotions in London which will involve 20 cabs displaying ads for an 888 bingo Web site next month. The cab drivers will also attempt to engage their customers in chat about the site. Which site will be promoted has not been verified.

Taxi Promotions is currently carrying out a campaign for 888 that involves 374 cabs displaying 888.com logos and 10 drivers who chat with their customers about the site.

Meanwhile, another gaming site, LuckAceCasino.com, announced today that it has launched with 888 software.
