GamCare, eCOGRA and the Remote Gambling Association on Wednesday introduced at the European I-Gaming Congress their jointly launched international code of conduct addressing online gambling procedures. The new code puts forth a set of minimum standards throughout the industry and increases levels of protection for players. It addresses underage gambling, player protection, customer communication, advertising and staff training.
