While Congressmen and their staffers are certainly in a tizzy in DC, the mark-up of the McCollum internet gambling prohibition bill (H.R. 4427) is still on for 9:30 am, Friday, September 11. This will be held before the Subcommittee of the Judiciary Committee which has jurisdiction over the latest house version of the bill.
