An Update from the House

23 May 2000
The House Judiciary Committee has drafted a report on the Internet Gambling Prohibition Act, however, the report won't be filed until the House decides whether it will allow the Judiciary Committee to maintain jurisdiction over the bill.

So what's the hang-up? A spokesperson for the House Parliamentarian told IGN that the report won't be filed until the situation is resolved.
