Another Simulcasting Deal for Starnet

26 October 1998

Wilmington, DE -- Only days after announcing a simulcasting agreement with Flamboro Downs, Starnet Communications International Inc. (NASD OTC-BB: SNMM) has reached a similar arrangement with Capitol Racing L.L.C. The agreement calls for Starnet to provide live Internet harness racing coverage from Cal Expo Racetrack.

Located at the California State Fairgrounds in Sacramento, the Cal Expo has hosted standardbred racing since 1973. Capital Racing, the lessee/operator of the track, claims that its on-location and national simulcast handle exceeds $700,000 nightly. "We're pleased to join forces with Starnet, to make our coverage available worldwide," said Christopher Schick, Capitol's Director of Simulcasting.

Coverage from Cal Expo will be simulcast on Starnet's Internet gaming site, WORLD GAMING (http://www.worldgaming.net). The World Gaming horseracing system features real-time track, program and handicapping information, and live audio/video racing coverage. World Gaming now provides "Netcasting" from nine facilities, and intends to ally with additional organizations in order to offer a 24-hour racing schedule. World Gaming also intends to offer viewers the ability to place secure, online pari-mutuel wagers.
