Bally Technologies has made a long-term commitment to the Nevada Cancer Institute, the official cancer center for the State of Nevada, that involves donations, fundraising campaigns in addition to other activities, the gaming supplier announced on Wednesday.
“In today’s trying economic times it is difficult to make charitable commitments, but we at Bally recognize that times like this are when support is needed the most,” said Richard M. Haddrill, Bally’s chief executive, in a prepared statement.
Bally’s said its partnership with the institute includes a 100 percent match for all of its employee donations.
