Bryan Breaks Draft Loose

The 283-page draft report of the National Gambling Impact Study Commission, originally a private document, was shaken loose into the public domain this week after Sen. Richard Bryan of Nevada asked the General Services Administration to do so, and the GSA informed the commission that the report was a public document and should be released.
