Cantor Gaming has received approval from the State of Nevada Gaming Commission to begin operations with its mobile gaming system within approved gaming areas in Nevada, it said in a statement on Monday.
The affiliate of Cantor Fitzgerald said that the approval followed a period of field trials at The Venetian in Las Vegas, during which security measures and processes were strictly monitored and tested with respect to Nevada’s operating standards.
The completion of the trials opens the door for Cantor Gaming to offer its gaming products, including eDeck, the mobile gaming device, to all Nevada casinos, the company said.
“We are obviously delighted to have reached this stage in the evolution of mobile gaming within the state of Nevada,” said Lee Amaitis, president of Cantor Gaming, in a prepared statement.
