Chartwell Introduces New Casino, Reveals Plans for Expansion

Chartwell Technology Inc., an Internet based e-commerce, software technology and service company specializing in online gaming software and video conferencing, announced Thursday the addition of as its latest licensee to go live with its Java-based CasinoCasino Internet gaming software.

This customized, full-service gaming system includes twelve casino games, a backend administrative utility with remote access, I.P. tracking, e-commerce software and technical support. The licensees' customers are able to place wagers via a secure online financial transaction system that is customized for the licensee anywhere in the world they choose.

Chartwell plans to have 24 licensees under contract by the end of the year. As part of the licensing agreement, the company receives an initial licensing fee as well as a percentage of the Licensee's revenues.

The company also plans to develop and market a Java-based sportsbook; to add four new casino games--bingo, Pai Gow, keno and baccarat--to its CasinoCasino package; to offer a free casino gaming site; to create multi-lingual software; and to complete the registration of its shares with the United States Security Exchange Commission in coming months.
