Dublin City Council has decided to demolish the 25-year-old Star Bingo Hall in order to build apartments, but locals nearby aren’t too happy.
According to the Evening Herald Newspaper, residents have filed three separate appeals in order to keep the hall, and a preservation group has said the demolition is unfair to frequent bingo players.
