After a number of delays, the government has submitted its brief for World Sports Exchange President Jay Cohen's pending appeal in the United States 2nd District Court.
Cohen was convicted February 28, 2000 on one count of conspiracy and several counts of violating the Interstate Wire Act of 1961. He was then sentenced in August to 21 months in prison and fined $5,000.
Oral arguments could be held before three judges as early as March.
