William Hill’s customers will have a new way to pay after a multi-year contract between the betting service and DataCash was finalized on Monday.
Covering both United Kingdom and international customers, the DataCash gateway will give the sportsbook and gaming Web site access to fund accounts with credit and debit cards, e-wallets and other options. The service is expected to go live sometime this month, the company said.
“We selected DataCash after thoroughly researching the market,” said Steven Reid, Internet director of William Hill. “We were particularly impressed with the breadth and international nature of the DataCash service, which is required to support our global ambitions.”
