Desktop Conference: A Closer Look at the Neteller Settlements

IGN Editor Mark Balestra chats with attorney Paul Hugel of the law firm Clayman & Rosenberg about recent court developments for Neteller and its co-founders, John Lefebvre and Stephen Lawrence. The online payment service provider last week cleaned its slate in the United States through a $136 million settlement. Shortly before that, Lefebvre and Lawrence entered guilty pleas in a criminal case brought against them following their arrest in January.
