Nevada Governor Kenny Guinn has signed a bill that sets up the framework for regulating Internet gambling in that state, but don't expect Nevada casinos to be launching real-money online casinos anytime soon. The future of Net betting in Nevada now lies in the hands of the Nevada Gaming Commission, and before the Commission can establish a regulatory system--a process that would likely take several months--it must first determine whether online gambling in Nevada is a violation of federal law.
