It has been almost universally accepted for the last three or four years that England is poised to become the world's leading I-gaming jurisdiction, but plans to revamp the country's gambling laws have been met with heavy resistance in recent weeks. Now, what was not long ago considered a sure thing is a movement that appears to be in serious jeopardy. Time is running out, the opposition is strong and some onlookers are saying that England's proposed Gambling Bill is doomed.
