The United States House of Representatives voted 245-159 in favor of passing Rep. Bob Goodlatte's Internet Gambling Prohibition Act. That would have been great for Goodlatte had he not needed two-thirds of the vote to pass the bill. It fell short by 24 votes, only garnering 61 percent.
