Dynasty Gaming, Microgaming Sign Mahjong Deal

22 September 2006

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Dynasty Gaming Inc. (TSXV: DNY) announced today the signing of a master licensing and reseller agreement for its Mahjong Mania software with Microgaming, the world's largest supplier of poker and casino gaming software. Simultaneous with this announcement, Microgaming has finalized a contract under which the first of its clients, Vegas Partners Lounge, will offer the aggregate, cash-wager version of Mahjong Mania to its "28Mahjong" customers (www.28mahjong.com).

Vegas Partners Lounge will be capitalizing on the fact that an estimated one billion players worldwide already play Mahjong and that the online version of this game is predicted to be one of the fastest growing market segments over the next five years.

Albert Barbusci, Chief Executive of Dynasty Gaming, stated, "The finalizing of our master reseller agreement with Microgaming is a major step in advancing our aggregate model business strategy. It creates the potential for Mahjong Mania to very quickly be available on many of Microgaming's client sites."

Mahjong, the origins of which are cause for much debate, is the oldest of the games to be updated by the rapidly expanding online gambling industry. The 136 to 152 tile game that some say was developed by Confucius, the great Chinese philosopher in about 500 BC, still manages to offer modern day players all the tension and excitement of other internet games.

Roger Raatgever, CEO, Microgaming, says: "Localization is vital for securing long-term success in new markets. Key to that is cutting edge software that offers a dependable, rich gaming experience for experienced and novice payers alike. Microgaming has an unparalleled ability to explore new boundaries for our operators in global online gaming. We are confident that Mahjong Mania will provide the estimated one billion Mahjong players worldwide with the first aggregate online version of the most widely played game in the world. This is just the beginning."

Schalk van der Sandt, Marketing Director of 28Mahjong comments, "Microgaming is already acknowledged as a provider of the hottest and most exciting online gaming software to a large universe of online operator clients. Our decision to include Mahjong demonstrates a strong belief in the demand for this game by online players as well as in the reliability and robustness of the technology."

Adriaan Brink, Mahjong Mania President, concludes, "Our agreement with Microgaming enables us to efficiently and credibly create relationships with a large number of casino operators, Vegas Partners and 28 Mahjong being the first. We recognise the importance of moving quickly in this market and we believe our continuing link with Microgaming will be critical in achieving early and broad market penetration."
