, Foxy Bingo’s online and TV ad campaign that touts a "£10 free" offer with "no deposit required" will not be banned.
According to the Guardian, the United Kingdom Advertising Standards Authority decided the online bingo company’s use of “free” was "appropriate for all customers in both ads and was unlikely to mislead in order for players to withdraw wins completely for free.”
Don Foster, a Liberal Democrat culture spokesman, had attempted to have the ad pulled by filing a complaint with Advertising Standards Authority on the grounds that the advertisement was misleading.
