The European Commission (EC) this week will censure France, Greece and Sweden for restrictions they have placed on sports betting.
The EC, executive arm of the European Union, will issue final warnings to Paris and Stockholm on Wednesday before taking them to the European Court of Justice (ECJ), the Agence France-Presse reports.
Meanwhile, unnamed sources cited by the news agency said that Greece will receive its first warning from the EC.
The EC already has cases underway against Austria, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Italy and the Netherlands.
