NGISC REPORT DEVELOPMENT PLAN
Commissioners will have two weeks to comment after the circulation of each draft of chapters or sections. All technical corrections or comments will be incorporated automatically.
The Report Subcommittee, not the staff, will determine how to incorporate substantive comments. Final drafts will then be referred back to the full Commission for approval Revised documents reflecting consensus will also be re-circulated.
Externally produced reports, including accompanying data, will be circulated upon submission to all Commissioners.
