UK problem gambling charity GamCare joined with eCommerce and Online Gambling Regulation and Assurance (eCOGRA) last week to train close to 40 online casino managers from around the world on how to identify and handle problem gambling.
Gamcare and eCOGRA's two-day intensive training course featured lectures, case history studies and interactive training exercises supervised by GamCare officials Andrew Poole and Amy Webster. Attendees learns
