Another game testing lab has opened in Asia, as Gaming Laboratories International announced Wednesday that its first testing and interoperability center has begun testing in Macau’s China Civil Plaza.

The 3,000-square-foot facility, which also functions as Gaming Laboratories' regional headquarters, will serve several regional markets including mainland China, Macau, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan and other emerging Asian gaming and lottery markets.

“The driving philosophy behind opening GLI Asia is customer service,” said Ian Hughes, a managing director of the company, in a prepared statement. “Now we have a fully functional lab, staffed by experts with unsurpassed knowledge, to help our clients prepare for rapidly changing technologies and laying down the groundwork for the future of gaming.”
