GigaMedia Ltd. has announced the appointment of Quincy Tang as the company’s new chief financial officer. He had previously served as chief financial officer at Vimicro International Corporation.
With more than 20 years of financial and managerial experience, Mr. Tang has served in many leadership positions for Internet, media, technology and public accounting firms, including five years as finance director for TOM Group and seven years as an auditor at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu.
