The redundantly redundantly named GIC Global Intertainment Corporation revealed Wednesday that it has taken Post Time Sports, Ltd. to court for reneging an agreement, signed April 28, in which GIC was to acquire Post Time.
The company says it filed a writ of summons in the High Court of Justice Antigua and Barbuda on September 3 for breach of contract. In addition, it's claiming further breach in which Post Time Sports was to sell to GIC the assets, goodwill, license, equipment, furnishings and all capital stock of the company.
GIC intends to "pursue this legal action vigorously for the financial damages and loss of goodwill that GIC Global sustained."
