Grosvenor Rolls Out Bally's Floor and Table Systems

Bally Technologies has completed a deal to supply a full suite gaming floor and table systems solutions to Rank Group's Grosvenor Casino in Birmingham, England.

Bally will install a complete slot management solution that includes a ticket-in/ticket-out system, a slot accounting and reporting system, a player-tracking system and a comprehensive bonusing system. Grosvenor Casino's gaming machines will be hooked up with Bally's iVIEW player communication interface network, which displays interactive marketing and promotions messages. Additionally, iVIEW enables casino patrons to insert promotional coupons directly into the bill validator of a machine, and ensures that credits are used for play rather than being cashed out.

Grosvenor Casino will also replace its existing manual table rating process with Bally's TableView real-time table rating and player tracking solution, which will enable the casino to track, rate and reward table-game players just like slot players.
