This week ThisIsDoreset's Daily Echo told of the struggles Harry's Amusements on Weymouth and Esplanade has experienced since new machine restrictions under the Gambling Act took effect in September.
The seafront arcade's manager David Fisher said his shop has already made two redundancies following a downturn in business.
"I am worried we will close," said Fisher. "We used to have a nice little trade in the mornings but now we are lucky to see a customer by lunchtime."
Fisher' company has spent £20,000 replacing arcade games to comply with new rules. But he says: "[Customers] just don't like the new machines."
"The smoking ban has not helped either.
