How 'Bout a Kiss from Boss Media?

Sweden-based gaming software developer Boss Media, announced this week the launching of its ninth online casino, the third of five to go live in 1999. Lady Luck Casino.Com, Inc. is operating the new site, Kiss Casino (www.kisscasino.com), through a licensing agreement with Boss.

The site officially launched this week, but visitors have been signing up for several weeks in advance to get in on the opening. The 777th guest to the site will win "The Joker"--a slot machine from Republic Industries in Dallas, Texas. Others will have the chance to win money in a Kiss Casino membership account.

Kiss Casino offers blackjack, baccarat, craps, roulette, Caribbean poker, pai gow poker, keno, video poker and slots, all of which are available to play for real money or for fun.

For Boss, 1999 has by far been its most productive year. Net sales for the first six months increased by 72 percent. amounting to 43 million SEK (U.S.$5.1 million). Profit after financial items was 9.2 million SEK (U.S.$1.1 million). Four licensed casinos were sold during the first half of the year, and two have already gone lined. The company has since sold an additional license. Also during this period, an initial public offering of 1.8 million shares was conducted, bringing 64.4 million SEK to the company. Shares were over-subscribed by 350 percent. The parent company's stock, first quoted on the Stockholm Exchange's O-list on June 24, 1999, has risen 82 percent to date.

Pharaoh's Casino (www.pharaohscasino.com) and Metro Casino (www.metrocasino.com) are scheduled to premier later this fall.
