Borrowing some spotlight from the boys Down Under, London-based John Huxley Casino Equipment, Ltd. has established itself as the latest big-time gaming corporation to go cyber. The gaming equipment company jumped into the online gaming biz this week by signing a software distribution deal with Atlantic International Entertainment, Ltd.

The terms of the agreement call for Huxley, the largest gaming product manufacturer and distributor in the world, to have exclusive distribution rights in England and Europe, non-exclusive for all other regions with the exception of Australia and the U.S., for all Atlantic product lines. AIE products include Internet Casino ExtensionTM (ICETM), WebSportsTM, Lotto MagicTM and Bingo BlastTM. The deal also includes additional products that Atlantic may develop.

"The alliance with Huxley underlines the company's commitment to the established gaming and wagering marketplace," AIE President and CEO Richard A. Iamunno said. "Huxley is the ideal partner to reach the audience for Atlantic's developed products. The management at Huxley are seasoned professionals with a long record of success dealing in the gaming marketplace. We are confident that this agreement between our companies will bring substantial returns. This alliance is an important step forward for Atlantic as the foremost producer of Interactive online gaming software."

Huxley Chairman & CEO Jeffrey P. Lindsay is confident that his company will greatly strengthen AIE’s presence in the world market. "John Huxley's position in the gaming industry with a 3000 customer base provides a greater opportunity for this new product," Lindsay said. "It further provides the customer with an opportunity to expand its business on a global basis and increase their revenues."

In a related story, AIE has also entered into a license agreement providing the third ICETM system to Intercapital Canada, Ltee, a subsidiary of Total Entertainment Inc. The games will be offered by Intercapital at Slotsvegas.com.

Commenting on the agreement, Total Entertainment President Mitchell Brown said, "There is a synergy between Atlantic International Entertainment and Total Entertainment that will benefit Slotsvegas.com, and will most certainly lead to positive future ventures and increasing revenues for both our companies."
