Crypto Continues to Rise
While most online gambling stocks, particularly those on North American exchanges, have remained on the decline since the industry as a whole peaked in March, CryptoLogic Inc. shines among the few who seem to be bucking the trend. Shares of the company's Nasdaq-listed stock have steadily risen for the past two weeks. It closed today at $23.50--it's highest closing price since April 11.
Poker.com Prepares to Resume Trading
Poker.com announced that it received on June 1 a response back from the SEC on comments made on the last filing of the company's 10SB. The company reports that the comments have been addressed and that the newly adjusted 10SB has been sent back to the SEC. "We expect this to be the last set of comments to be addressed and hopefully expect to be back up and trading on the OTC BB in the near future," CEO Michael Jackson said. "The SEC responded back to us with a total of 10 comments, five for the auditors and five for management.
E-Vegas Processing Private Placement
E-Vegas.com Inc. of Costa Rica reports that it is in the process of completing a $750,000 private placement with a group of accredited investors. The proceeds from the financing will be used to advance the company's aggressive business development, including continued marketing of its turn-key online gaming system to international licensees and establishing the necessary technology infrastructure to host the online gaming operations of licensees and provide the company with general working capital.
First Entertainment Signs Advisor
First Entertainment Holdings (soon to be known as F2 Network Inc.) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Redunidos.com, has signed an agreement with SpanTec Worldwide PLC. calling for SpanTec to provide Redunidos.com with strategic advisory services in the area of corporate finance. First Entertainment indicated that SpanTec will also be assisting in Redunidos.com's capital raising endeavors and possible listing in Europe and/or the United Kingdom.
