International Gaming Group, Inc. has signed a letter of intent to acquire all assets of Digitallotto.com. IGG intends to resell the Digitallotto software and program, which is used to connect and service the thousands of existing Internet casinos and sites offering Lotto games, to a large successful company in the future and retain a very profitable software royalty stream.
Digitallotto's software will compile, credit, service, and track all lotto bets and results from the multitude of connected sites throughout the world. Each individual lotto site will maintain its own proprietary branded look, but will be able to show larger and faster growing lotto pools due to the multiplicity of participating sites. The larger growing pools, according to the company, should result in faster and more prolific
lotto wagering for each of the participating sites, thus increasing over-all
profitability for every casino.
All lotto bets are tracked and credited to each participating casino resulting in equitable disbursements of all collected moneys and payouts. Each participating casino will receive a percentage of each jackpot, based on their percentage of lotto wagering.
The software will be based in and managed from Dominica, West Indies, where it will be marketed to 60 countries, with the exception of the United States and Canada, as well as any other country or jurisdiction where it may be deemed "illegal" or inappropriate.
