International Game Technology, or IGT, has announced the installation of its first REELdepth Multi-Layer Display Gaming Machines, which took place over Labor Day weekend at two Minnesota Grand Casino properties.
The gaming equipment specialist’s new machines use Multi-Layer Display technology and L.C.D.s to create a three-dimensional imaging minus the funny blue-and-red glasses.
”The overall performance of the REELdepth units initially installed has exceeded all of our expectations,” said Robert Allen, corporate vice president of slot operations for Grand Casinos Minnesota, in a prepared statement. ”The REELdepth games offer us a proven segment of top-performing games to grow into -- games that our players will love.”
