UK gaming machines and systems supplier Cyberview Tech has signed a conditional agreement to sell its business to International Game Technology for £38.8 million ($76 million) in cash.
Additionally, Cyberview has agreed to grant IGT an exclusive license to certain of its intellectual properties in exchange for a £4.6 million ($9 million) fee.
Cyberview plans to distribute its cash assets, about £34.7 million ($68 million), to shareholders upon completion of the sale.
The acquisition will close in the third quarter, assuming Cyberview's shareholders approve the deal, which appears likely.
