Nevada passed an omnibus gambling bill in '97 that included some provisions related to online gaming. The legal interpretations began flying shortly after that with some stating that their reading was a legalization of internet gaming for licensed gaming operations in Nevada. IGN spoke with Nevada Gaming Control Board Chairman Bill Bible about the bill and the subsequent regulations which are being finalized now. He makes it perfectly clear that internet gaming is NOT allowed under the regulations his office is finalizing.
