Inspired Gaming Group said it will be updating its system to Astea Alliance version 8, which the company hopes will reduce costs and streamline processes.
The server-based gaming suppliers said that the upgrade will also speed up customer-response time as well as new call assignments.
“Today we are faced with a tough balancing act, the pressure to deliver world class service whilst optimizing investment and more effectively managing our cost base,” said Alex MacGregor-Devlin, enterprise I.T. director for Inspired Gaming Group, in a prepared statement. “Astea's software is helping our business gain agility, providing greater returns for both our customers and ourselves from our service operation.”
