Intersphere Signs Deal with E-Casino Gaming

Philadelphia based Intersphere Communications Ltd., a subsidiary of Interactive Gaming and Communications Corp., announced today that it has licensed its LiveAction Gaming PlatformTM, House Advantage Casino Management SystemTM and LineMaster Sports Wagering SystemTM to E-Casino Gaming.

E-Casino Gaming operates from Costa Rica and is launching an online casino and sportsbook at http://www.e-casinogaming.com. The casino features traditional casino games like roulette, blackjack, poker, slots and keno as well as a full service sportsbook.

The LiveAction Gaming Platform is a gaming management system for managing and operating an Internet or phone-based sportsbook and online casino. With it comes two optional modules: the LineMaster Sports Wagering System and the Java-based House Advantage Casino Management System. Intersphere's gambling software is also in use by Total Entertainment and 123 Casino and has been licensed to six other online casino sites.

According to Intershpere, the company stands to gain as much as a $500,000 yearly revenue for each suite of applications it licenses. A yearly minimum of $100,000 is guaranteed. The company anticipates four additional software licenses to be sold by year's end, which good generate as much as $2 million.
