Toronto-based gaming software provider CryptoLogic, through its wholly owned subsidiary Intertainet Overseas Licensing Limited, has signed an agreement to provide Internet gaming software and support services for Jupiters Limited of Australia, a land-based casino/hotel and online sportsbook operator.

"Jupiters supports our international growth strategy of aligning ourselves with well-recognized licensees in regulated markets around the world," said Andrew Rivkin, CryptoLogic president. "Their superior brand and extensive customer base further solidifies our dominant position in the Internet gaming industry and gives us early entry into a new strategic international arena."

Cryptologic and Jupiters will work together to obtain government certification for the software and apply for Jupiters.com regulatory approval. Cryptologic recently signed a similar agreement with William Hill, one of the largest land-based sportsbooks in the United Kingdom.

"CryptoLogic offers us a total turnkey solution for our Internet gaming venture. We are excited to work with CryptoLogic to deliver a highly entertaining Web experience for our customers," said Richard Barnes, managing director of Jupiters Limited. "We are impressed by their exceptional technology, proven track record and credible reputation in the marketplace. CryptoLogic brings all the right expertise to help us successfully expand our casino operations into the Internet and generate new revenue streams in the high margin e-gaming business."

"We believe Jupiters is in a great position to capitalize on the Internet gaming industry in Australia and worldwide, given their brand strength and location in a favorable regulatory environment," Rivkin added.
