(PRESS RELEASE) -- Leading platform provider Leander Games has kicked off 2015 with a deal to supply content to casino operator Betsson.
Leander will integrate its own proprietary games and those from the best third party developers, via its remote gaming server platform, LeGa.
Betsson, who run a number of successful Scandinavia-facing websites, recently bought the Malta-licensed online gaming group Oranje and Kroon.
As part of the agreement, Leander will modernise seven of the most popular games acquired in the Oranje deal, re-releasing them on LeGa to ensure continuity for Dutch customers migrating to the Betsson platform.
And Leander CEO, Steve Matsell, believes it was this ability to deliver exclusive and localised games that was the key to capturing Betsson’s signature.
He said: “As a very successful operator, they are not short of gaming options. But we now have a portfolio of great performers developed by some of the best games suppliers around.
“They are delivered on a platform that allows flexibility and adaptability to suit local needs and meet modern standards, wherever the market and whatever the device.”
Betsson is the latest operator to agree terms with Leander, who began supplying content to Full Tilt Poker and Paddy Power last year.
These deals were followed by similar arrangements with Betfair, Vera&John and Spin Genie, as Leander’s rapid expansion continued under Matsell and his team.
These operators are now being served via LeGa, which was developed using the latest technology, making it faster and more flexible than many of the alternatives on the market.
They will also benefit from an increase in new content that will be rolled out during the first quarter of 2015.
Leander’s creative video slots balance innovative concepts and features, top quality art and thrilling mathematics, whilst maximising the player gaming experience.
They currently have 21 games partners integrating games to LeGa, and aim to deliver content to operators quicker and more efficiently than their competitors.
