Next month a luxury gambling ship called Maharajah Casino will launch in the Indian state of Goa. The $25 million vessel is 70-meters long and operated by Creative Gaming Solution, a subsidiary of Mumbai-based Pan India Network Infravest Pvt Ltd (Pinipl).
Offering a regal ambience, Maharajah Casino says it will be the biggest offshore casino in South Asia and will offer 35 no-limit tables spread across 22,000 square feet on four decks. There is also a bar, a restaurant with multicultural cuisine, a barbecue pit, a sundeck and a variety of entertainment programs on board.
The ship will anchor 20 meters off the Mandvi River in Panaji, Goa's capital city. Patrons will take ferry boards to the Maharajah Casino, which will operate from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. initially but will switch to round-the-clock operation within a month.
