AngelCiti Sees 24 Percent Increase in Net Handle

Pembroke Pines, Fla.-based AngelCiti Entertainment (OTC BB: AGLC) said July 22 that during its second quarter, the company experienced a 24.3 percent increase in net handle to $15,966,409 as compared to the first quarter of this year.

The company's net win was up 9.4 percent to $370,614. George Gutierrez, AngelCiti's president, said the company continues to pursue growth and new funding.

"There are many deals in the pipeline that will only help to further expand upon our operations and shareholders should soon expect further news in that regard," he said.

Sportingbet plc released its year-end results for the year ended March 31, 2003. The company experienced an increase in gross profit to £74.1 million from £60.3 million in 2002. Profit before tax, however, was £1.4 million, compared £5 million last year.
