IGH lists on AIM
Interactive Gaming Holdings Plc, a company that has established itself with the goal of acquiring ownership in portals and other I-gaming sites, announced that it has raised £250,000 before expenses in order to meet the costs of admission onto the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) on the London Stock Exchange. In order to do so, the company placed 5,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at 5p per share. After admission to the AIM, the total number of shares in the company will be 17,500,000.

GTECH Completes Exchange
GTECH Holdings Corp (GTK) has completed its exchange of up to $250,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its original 4.750% Senior Notes due 2010 for 4.750% Senior Notes due 2010 which have been registered under the Securities Act of 1933. The $250,000,000 aggregate principal amount, which is 100 percent of the outstanding original notes, has been validly tendered and not withdrawn. All notes were accepted for payment.
Intralot's Numbers for 2003
Greek lotteries company Intralot has posted improvements on nearly all fronts for 2003. The company's consolidated revenue for the year rose to €320.4m, which is a 0.3% increase over 2002's mark. EBITDA increased by 17.4% to €102.3m, and profits before taxes increased 18.3 percent to €88.7m.
Reports Released
William Hill Plc (WMH.L) has posted stellar results for 2003. Among the highlights: turnover rose 77 percent on the year to £5,945.8m and gross win is up 24 percent to £654.3m. Profit after taxes rose 114 percent to £125.6m, and basic earnings per share rose 78 percent to 30 pence. The company is declaring an interim dividend of 3.5 pence per share and a proposed final dividend of 9 pence, creating a total dividend that is 44 percent higher than last year's.
