Don't be surprised if Senator Kyl's Internet Gambling Prohibition Act passes in the Senate by an even wider margin than last year's 90-10 landslide. Scheduled for mark-up on May 12, the 1999 cleaner, meaner version seems to have little or no opposition. After three more jumped on the wagon yesterday, the number of cosponsors has climbed to 21.
