The rest of the testimony from yesterday's U.S. House hearings have found their way into IGN's ever-growing vault of congressional documents. The flavor of the day is the testimony of an unidentified 21-year-old Internet gambling addict who says he blew thousands of dollars betting the Net using his father's credit card. Not surprisingly, the young, troubled bettor's story has already received quite a bit of media coverage. Also speaking were Bob Goodlatte, Kevin DiGregory, Robert Minnix, James E. Doyle, Stephen Walters, Keith Whyte and Bartlett Cleland, Esquire.
