PARTNERS Entraction Holding A.B. said Monday that Mazzo Gaming, a new brand targeting the United Kingdom, Ireland and Canada, will launch on the Entraction Network.

"Mazzo Gaming will bring a healthy flow of players from markets where Entraction have a relative small share and that is good for the network," said Peter Åström, the chief executive of Entraction.

REPORTING Leisure & Gaming, the online and retail operator, said trading between April 1 and May 25 has been in line with expectations.

Net win from sports betting came in at 2.8 million euros, and casino, 200,000 euros. Poker, meanwhile, generated rake of 1.2 million euros.

Gross profits for period were 1 million euros.

FILED Last week, the Interactive Media Entertainment and Gaming Association said it submitted a brief opposing Kentucky's ongoing effort to seize 141 Internet gambling domain names.

The case, undertaken at the behest of Governor Steven L. Beshear last fall, is now before the Supreme Court of Kentucky.

In January, a state Court of Appeals ruled against a lower court's order to seize the domain names.

"We’re very confident the State Supreme Court will reach the same conclusion as the Court of Appeals," Joe Brennan Jr., the chairman of Imega, said in a prepared statement.

FORECAST Sportingbet's house broker Daniel Stewart & Company said it expects the operator to grow third-quarter gross win by 7 percent over last year.

Sportingbet's results are due out Wednesday, and its broker has forecast earnings before interest, taxes and amortization of £8.8 million, up 21 percent against 2008.

UNDERWAY Centrebet International Ltd. said Monday that it has commenced full-scale operations under its contract to provide ACT TAB, Racing & Wagering Western Australia and Tote Tasmania with wagering products.

The deal, first announced in February, sees Centrebet manage the group's existing 200 million Australian dollars of fixed odds racing and sports betting turnover in return for a service fee, progressively structured to target growth.
