Following Up -- After Tuesday's announcement, Fluxx AG investor relations spokesman Stefan Hänel told IGN that the proposed 11.35 million euro bid for Sportwetten.de AG was in line with its strategy as the company is more than 90 percent focused on horse betting. "Horse betting will not be affected by the new [Interstate Lotteries Treaty] . . . Fluxx is focused on liberalized markets in Europe or products that can be offered with no restrictions in a jurisdiction, such as horse betting in Germany," he said.

Announced -- This morning, mobile odds comparison and betting services provider Bet2go has added bookmaker Better to its list of clients. Better, which debuted in 2005, joins a growing list of bookmakers, including Victor Chandler and Ladbrokes, in making its products available via the Bet2Go platform. "By joining forces with Bet2Go, we believe we can significantly enhance our potential reach and of course the user experience," said Better's head of online marketing, Matt Pendergast.

Completed -- In accordance with February's agreement, NYX Interactive has delivered Swedish-language versions of its bingo, lottery and probability games to Svenska Spel. "We have a year of intensive development of number and lottery games behind us," said NYX Chief Executive Staffan Lindgren. "It is gratifying that we can now start rolling out these games on a larger scale also with the largest operator in Sweden and one of the most innovative gaming operators in the world."

Scheduled -- For Oct. 21, 2007, Safe and Secure Internet Gambling Initiative spokesman Jeffrey Sandman will provide attendees of the California Poker Players Conference with an update on the U.S. Congressional movement to regulate I-gaming and the possible impact of the WTO dispute on pending legislation. The two-day conference begins on Oct. 20 at Hollywood Park Casino in Inglewood, Calif.

Stock Watch -- On the LSE, Ladbrokes was up 15.75p to 424.50, 888 was up 1.25p to 115.50 and William Hill was up 9.50p to 630.50.
