A FIRST Entraction Holding A.B. has announced its new bingo network can be seen on Bingohuone.com, the first site to use the specially tailored network.

Bingohuone plans on using well-known Finnish TV personalities as ambassadors for the site, which utilizes bingo software from NYX Interactive and includes side games such as slot machines and wheel of fortune.

“We have already signed agreements with additional partner sites,” said Peter Åström, Entraction’s chief executive, in a prepared statement. “We see a large potential in bingo.”

BUNDLE OF JOY Today Parlay Entertainment Inc. launched ParlayGames -- a gaming suite the software supplier believes offers the “most profitable and best performing slots and side games.”

The bundle touts more than 60 Flash games including slots, lottery, video poker, keno and casino games. Some of the titles include Bring Home the Bacon, Gorgeous George and Trolling for Treasure.

In a prepared statement, the co-founder and chief technology officer of Parlay, Parry N. Malone, said this package was made for “seamless plug-and-play” into an already established back-end and allows for content to be added quickly.

"Whilst (the games) appeal to all types of players, many of the games have been particularly popular with females,” Mr. Malone continued. “Now that our ParlayGames suite is available as a stand-alone product, we anticipate greater exposure of these popular games to an even broader audience."

POKER PLAYING SLOTS CasinoRip.com has launched a new slots game with ties to traditional poker and three-card brag scoring, it said in a prepared statement released today.

By using three reels as a full deck of playing cards, the slots game allows for winning combinations based on that of traditional poker.

“Online slots games are ten-a-penny, but one that makes you think is priceless,” said Kevin Dale, chief executive of CasinoRip, in the statement. “We took months to develop the game because of the highly complex strategies that needed modeling, but we also concentrated on making it a lot of fun.”

INVESTIGATING The Australian reports that the country, on orders from Australia’s prime minister, will investigate problem gambling and the states’ dependence on gaming revenue.

The commission will begin an investigation on Nov. 24 and is expected to have a draft of findings by mid-2009 and a final report before the end of next year. The commission will look at technologies, such as the Internet, to see how they have played into gambling issues as well as economic impacts.

NEW WAY TO PAY Online payment provider Neteller announced today it started providing Net+ Cards, or prepaid cards, to its e-wallet customers.

Via its partnership with TransSend Payment Services, Neteller is now able to allow customers access to two new prepaid cards, which is said to offer increased value, security, privacy and convenience.

In a prepared statement, David Gagie, president of Neteller’s member services division, said that the cards give customers a more convenient and cost-effective way to do business online.

“This launch is a key part of the group’s strategy to bring new customers to the Neteller e-wallet and to extend the lifetime value of existing customers," he added.
