Partnering -- Ă…land Island-based operator PAF Group has announced a partnership with Stena Line, a European ferry operator, whereby Stena will offer its customers PAF's Internet-based b2bGaming services onboard from May 2007.
De-List, Re-List -- Crytpologic will reportedly de-list its shares from the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX), the NASDAQ, and the Official List of the U.K. Listing Authority, and will also cancel trading in its shares on the London Stock Exchange's (LSE) EEA Regulated Market. The move comes as part of the company's September decision to pull up stakes and relocate to the friendlier legislative confines of Ireland. A new parent company, CryptoLogic Ltd., is expected to be listed on the TSX, NASDAQ and the U.K. Official List in June.
Launched -- Palace Group subsidiary Zero36 has launched its Spanish-language mobile casino offering, which includes blackjack and video poker.
Sponsoring -- Betfair has said it will, for the second year, sponsor the U.K. Apprentice Training Race Series. "Betfair is delighted to be sponsoring this series again and are proud to be involved in a program which will be invaluable in developing the riding careers of young jockeys," said Betfair press officer Tony Calvin.
M&A Speculation -- The Australian media is reporting that Tabcorp has allegedly become the target of a joint takeover bid from Publishing and Broadcasting Ltd., Tattersall's and Macquarie Bank. Tabcorp shares jumped 5 percent Monday on takeover-related speculation. News.com.au, however, reports that Tattersall's has denied reports regarding its involvement with the bid approach.
Inked -- Inspired Gaming International has announced a deal to supply mechanical casino chip sorters to two leading French casinos.
